GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

CANADA & U.S. SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 IN NORTH AMERICA. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 on orders below $150.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact orders@awayhomebrand.com

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

    All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

    Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

    Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

    TRACKING

    Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

    If you are experiencing delays in the shipping progress, please contact the carrier from the tracking number provided for updates or delivery date.

    If your order is shown as delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier to look into the matter. The carrier will then reach out to us to help assist with the investigation.

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

    Returns

    We don’t offer returns and exchanges for products that have been ordered in the wrong size or colour.

    We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their order details before placing an order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

    Refunds

    If product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at orders@awayhomebrand.com with photos of wrong/damaged items. We will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping)
